Here is a running list of all the First Aid Tips we post!
9/21/09 If your cardstock begins to buckle when you use your heat gun, flip it over and heat the other side to iron it back out again. Try this for projects that have bent due to misting as well.
9/28/09 When misting your project with a misting spray, start spritzing off your project (to the side) to clear air from the spray nozzle. Spray by moving in the same motion from “off” your project, progressing onto the part you want sprayed. This helps prevent “globs” of ink on your project.
10/5/09 - Many scrapbook pattern papers have images that can be focal points on greeting cards without having to break out the stamps!
10/12/09 - Pigment inks stay wet longer than dye-based inks. For this reason, many are good for embossing with embossing powders. Remember that pigment inks require a longer air-drying time. Some stampers use a heat gun to speed up the process.
